계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제 요청
K-WithUs 앱과 웹사이트에서 만든 계정 및 계정에 연결된 개인정보의 영구 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱·웹에서 즉시 탈퇴
- K-WithUs에 로그인합니다.
- 마이페이지로 이동합니다.
- 계정 설정에서 회원탈퇴를 선택합니다.
- 안내를 확인하고 계정 삭제를 확정합니다.
Sign in to K-WithUs, open My Page, choose Delete account under account settings, and confirm the deletion.
로그인할 수 없는 경우
계정에 등록한 이메일 주소에서 kwithus@k-withus.kr로 삭제 요청을 보내주세요. 제목은 K-WithUs Account Deletion Request로 작성하고, 본문에 가입 이메일 또는 로그인 아이디를 적어주세요. 비밀번호나 신분증 사본은 보내지 마세요.
계정 소유 여부를 확인한 뒤 지체 없이 삭제를 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address. Include only your registered email or login ID. We will verify account ownership, process the request without undue delay, and reply with confirmation.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 인증 정보와 회원 프로필
- 이력서, 지원·매칭 정보 및 상담 신청 내역
- 계정에 연결된 메시지, 커뮤니티 활동 및 저장 정보
- 그 밖에 K-WithUs 계정 식별자와 직접 연결된 서비스 데이터
We delete account credentials and profile data, resumes, application and matching information, consultation requests, messages, community activity, saved information, and other service data directly associated with the K-WithUs account.
보관될 수 있는 데이터
추가 보관 기간은 적용하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 관련 법령 준수, 보안 또는 부정 이용 방지를 위해 보관이 필요한 기록은 일반 서비스 데이터와 분리해 법정·필수 기간만 보관하며, 해당 기간이 끝나면 영구 삭제합니다.
We do not apply an additional retention period by default. Records that must be retained for legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention are kept separately only for the required period and permanently deleted when that period ends.
계정 삭제가 완료되면 복구할 수 없습니다. 필요한 자료는 요청 전에 직접 보관해 주세요. / Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
