This is a completion course to receive specialized training in fashion, beauty, maintenance, welding, and painting manufacturing techniques for overseas residents at a vocational competency development training corporation or lifelong education center in the vocational skills field.
This visa is called it as D-4-6 visa.

D-4-6 visa can be obtained.
Even if an overseas resident completes a one-year professional training course, to change a D-4-6 visa to an E-7 visa, the following basic conditions must be met.
1) Occupation consistent with major E-7 visa requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree and work experience.
2) Occupation categories that can be changed only with a technical education visa.
3) Bachelor’s degree or higher (no part-time work).
